I work at the intersection of predictive modelling, impact evaluation, research and
development. Over the last 6 years, I've designed and deployed
production-grade ML systems, automated ETL pipelines, and interactive dashboards
used by stakeholders including government ministries (MAAIF), international NGOs, and
research institutions across East Africa.
At MAAIF / Makerere University, I developed prediction models for the Vanilla value chain
that integrated NASA POWER satellite data with local ground-truth measurements — achieving
a 30% improvement in forecast accuracy. I presented these findings to MAAIF
and stakeholders across public and private sectors.
At USAID SITES (DLH Corp & SSS Inc.), I led impact evaluations and built automated
analytics systems that compressed evaluation cycles from 6 weeks to under 10 days — a 85% efficiency gain.
I hold an M.Sc. in Data Science from MAHE India and am certified
